My visit to Victory GMC was handled promptly and professionally. My truck was taken to the service mechanics garage and I was offered a shuttle ride home. The entire service staff is very friendly and offers complete assistance. It is nice to know you are you are taken care of.

We got a recall for air bags. They said they would have to order parts and that they would call us when parts came in. We waited 2 months and we never heard from them. I called them and they said they came in last week. They said they could get me in in March. I told them GMC kept calling me and emailing me about getting it done. In fact letter said not to drive truck with passenger until done. The service dept scheduled me for the next week. Appointment was for 1:20pm, and I took in early around 9:30am and they said they would call me. It was 5pm and I never heard from them so I called them at 5pm, and they it had been ready for awhile.

Incompetency on situation. Claim parts were in where in fact they were not and went 4 full days without vehicle for a simple brake job.

From the beginning to the end everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing maintenance and repairs. I first went to another dealership in town and had an extremely horrible experience. It is reassuring to know that there is a service department in town that I can trust and use when needed. I will be back and will recommend to anyone in need.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was, I took my car in at my appointment time of 8:00am and at three o'clock I called to see when it would be ready. I was told it was ready. Why didn't they call me and tell me it was ready.

My Tahoe would't start, my husband tried to charge the battery, no luck. I called Mike and explained the problem. Mike came by personally, attempted to charge it but no luck. He ordered it towed. He called the next day the battery was completely exhausted. I believe it was the original 2017 battery, it was replaced & up dates were run. it's safe to drive again. You can't buy that kind of customer service and peace of mind. Thanks guys you are great!

The dealership did a good job, changing my oil and rotating my tires. The only problem was at checkout. I bought a maintenance plan with a vehicle and they didn’t have it entered in their systems. Although I had brought in this maintenance plan information previously on a prior oil change and wheel rotation. I just want to make sure they have it in their systems for all future maintenance going forward.

My Service Tech Advisor is very caring about my business with Victory GMC. He takes the time and makes considerable effort to make sure my Automobile is repaired to high standards. He also takes care of my shuttle services. I am very pleased to do business with Victory GMC.

We broke down 20 miles outside Victoria. You service coordinator has us set up with a tow, a shuttle for all my passengers and dropped us off at the rental agency. From the time we broke down until we were back on road was under two hours. He went above and beyond my expectations. Awesome Job!

My appointment was 2 weeks after initial diagnosis, When I arrived (early) for my appointment the Service advisor had not made a rental car reservation. No cars were available to rent until several hours later. This put me behind my work schedule. After repairs were made (major engine oil leak) I took my vehicle to have the oil changed at a shop in Port Lavaca. Once on their rack they showed me the mess that was left after your dealership repairs. They was oil still dripping from all over the underside of the vehicle. No post repair cleanup had been done.

Had first oil change/ tire rotation on 2026- just about to pull out into traffic when back tire went sideways and lug nuts fell onto the ground.

The service was good and your people were polite

Everyone at the dealership is very helpful, courteous, and pleasant to work with. The service was great they got my car in and out in an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. You can't ask for better service than that!

I would have given 5 stars, but my vehicle took a long time to get fixed. I would also suggest that when you do major repairs you at minimum wash the exterior of the vehicle.

My truck has been in for service for two months. The service person assigned to my truck rarely updated me, even though I repeatedly asked for updates. At one point, after not hearing anything for two weeks, I reached out and was told they had simply forgotten about my truck for a week and a half because they were busy — he admitted, “I honestly just forgot about it.” The truck still isn’t done, but they closed out my ticket anyway, which I’m not okay with. This has been, and continues to be, a terrible experience. I finally spoke with the new service manager on a Wednesday, and he assured me I’d hear from him by Friday or Monday. He never called either, which is pretty much how the entire two months have gone.

Never felt pressured by Michael. He is a good listener. Gets back to you in a timely manner. A very patient person, that is very informative and if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he will find the answer. The sale didn't take much of my time.

I couldn’t find the car I wanted in Arkansas, so I got on line and bought my new Acadia through my salesman in Fort Smith,AR. Seamless transaction!

I want to commend the individual staff members for their work ethic, though the overall customer support system needs improvement. The mechanic diagnosed the issue immediately, and the single available service advisor was working incredibly hard and successfully addressed my initial concerns despite being short-staffed.However, the communication regarding parts and scheduling was frustrating. After being told parts needed to be ordered, I never received a follow-up call. I spent a week trying to get updates, experiencing long hold times and unreturned messages left with reception. When I finally reached someone on Friday, I learned the parts had already arrived. While the team's hands-on work is strong, the administrative and communication support needs to be better managed.

Service was great and efficient, everyone was very friendly. I had a lot of trouble trying to schedule which was a problem. I left two messages to schedule, one on the answering machine the other with the a staff member. I never received a call back from anyone so I went on the website and there were no slots available for an oil change. I finally went to the dealership to schedule.

Mike is always excellent in what he does, I don’t know what may have been the hold up but I know after having an appointment it should not take over an hour and a half to do a oil change.
