We broke down 20 miles outside Victoria. You service coordinator has us set up with a tow, a shuttle for all my passengers and dropped us off at the rental agency. From the time we broke down until we were back on road was under two hours. He went above and beyond my expectations. Awesome Job!

Sales manager Mike did everything he can to get what I wanted on my deal for the new truck. Ivan was right there with him on making everything happen.

I had to get a new tire because of a Screw, that was to close to the side wall and I paid out of pocket for the service and tire which was about 270 dollars out the door and also left work early to get it done. The first time my vehicle was ready they put the tire on backwards white wall out, I was fine waiting a lil longer to send it back in to get turned to the correct side but I guess while it went back to the shop and the "Mechanic" that is supposed to be ASE certified pinched and broke the valve stem to where it was barely holding air pressure in my tire and put everything back together and sent it out to me like that to drive. The next morning Im driving to work and I get a low air pressure light for the same tire I just replaced and thats when I found out about the valve stem which is ridiculous because that problem was probably seen at the dealership but never fixed, So I get back in touch with dealership and they said they would "see” if they could fix it and how it wouldn’t be under warranty, your dealership mechanic screwed up the valve stem, not me so that mean its 100% on them. There is so much more I could say about this fiasco… Watch out for the service department at Victory GMC!!! Its like they found their Certifications in a Cracker Jack box.

The service rep. called me to confirm my requests for service with a in-person phone call and not a text or email. That is the way I like it and should always be.

Well....I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change,because they only had 1 technician according the lady at the counter that works there. And my oil change was almost 100 bucks ! I can go to another shop for way less....the technician left smears and suggested on my hood and fenders

We had an excellent experience with Victory. We followed the sales manager from another dealership and he put us with a great salesman. The only thing I can say is they need to fix where the sidewalk meets with asphalt.

Truck broke down on the side of the road and had to get it towed to Victory GMC. Jarreau was the one who took care of me and got my truck in the shop as soon as possible. They diagnosed the problem and found my fuel pump control module had gone out. They ordered the part and got my truck fixed within 2 days. I really appreciate the fast turnaround and all the help from Jarraeu and team!

Israel found what we needed quickly with ample communication and with the friendliest attitude. This was not our first car purchase but was the best experience purchasing a vehicle throughout all the dealerships.

My visit to Victory GMC was handled promptly and professionally. My truck was taken to the service mechanics garage and I was offered a shuttle ride home. The entire service staff is very friendly and offers complete assistance. It is nice to know you are you are taken care of.

Was great. My part came 8n and was notified and ask when I wanted to 8nstall it I gave them a day and and they said sure thing and my truck came out great.

The service was good and your people were polite

We got a recall for air bags. They said they would have to order parts and that they would call us when parts came in. We waited 2 months and we never heard from them. I called them and they said they came in last week. They said they could get me in in March. I told them GMC kept calling me and emailing me about getting it done. In fact letter said not to drive truck with passenger until done. The service dept scheduled me for the next week. Appointment was for 1:20pm, and I took in early around 9:30am and they said they would call me. It was 5pm and I never heard from them so I called them at 5pm, and they it had been ready for awhile.

Jarreau assisted me with my service call in a very professional manner. All of my service calls were completed in a timely manner. The service department has a remarkably friendly atmosphere and helps on every way possible. I have one service problem that the dealership is not responsible for that I would like to have answers for and fixed properly. Since my purchase of my 2025 Acadia Denali there has been 2 system updates installed. Since the last update the software removed the “rear climate control” icon, digital temperature and fan symbol from the lower right corner of the infotainment display screen. My wife and I used this icon to control and make changes to the rear air control regularly. Now it has been removed and it is much more a nuisance to go through menus to find the control. I am not a happy customer. My getting to know manual shows this icon for operation access. I want to have the icon restored to my infotainment display to eliminate trouble while driving to find this control. I would appreciate an immediate answer. And software update fix. The dealership did everything possible to find the problem but there was no solution.

Had first oil change/ tire rotation on 2026- just about to pull out into traffic when back tire went sideways and lug nuts fell onto the ground.

My service person Michael was very informative and professional. The service provided and recalls that GMC did was great. Truck shifts smooth and I am happy. That being said I had a dolly that was stolen out of the back of the truck (not GMC's fault) and when the truck was picked up the floor mats and steering wheel had grease on it.

I am always so appreciative of Michael (and all the service reps at the desk) taking care of me. He is so pleasant to deal with and makes me feel that I am in good hands. Thank you!

Incompetency on situation. Claim parts were in where in fact they were not and went 4 full days without vehicle for a simple brake job.

Always good customer service

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was, I took my car in at my appointment time of 8:00am and at three o'clock I called to see when it would be ready. I was told it was ready. Why didn't they call me and tell me it was ready.

My appointment was 2 weeks after initial diagnosis, When I arrived (early) for my appointment the Service advisor had not made a rental car reservation. No cars were available to rent until several hours later. This put me behind my work schedule. After repairs were made (major engine oil leak) I took my vehicle to have the oil changed at a shop in Port Lavaca. Once on their rack they showed me the mess that was left after your dealership repairs. They was oil still dripping from all over the underside of the vehicle. No post repair cleanup had been done.

Mike was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to be well informed about the progress of our car. When we returned there was no delay in receiving our information on the work done on the car and the amount of time it took to complete this work. We were very satisfied.

My Tahoe would't start, my husband tried to charge the battery, no luck. I called Mike and explained the problem. Mike came by personally, attempted to charge it but no luck. He ordered it towed. He called the next day the battery was completely exhausted. I believe it was the original 2017 battery, it was replaced & up dates were run. it's safe to drive again. You can't buy that kind of customer service and peace of mind. Thanks guys you are great!

Everything went smoothly -- dropoff, explanation of work, and pickup/billing. There's a reason I keep going back!

I would have given 5 stars, but my vehicle took a long time to get fixed. I would also suggest that when you do major repairs you at minimum wash the exterior of the vehicle.

The dealership did a good job, changing my oil and rotating my tires. The only problem was at checkout. I bought a maintenance plan with a vehicle and they didn’t have it entered in their systems. Although I had brought in this maintenance plan information previously on a prior oil change and wheel rotation. I just want to make sure they have it in their systems for all future maintenance going forward.

My truck has been in for service for two months. The service person assigned to my truck rarely updated me, even though I repeatedly asked for updates. At one point, after not hearing anything for two weeks, I reached out and was told they had simply forgotten about my truck for a week and a half because they were busy — he admitted, “I honestly just forgot about it.” The truck still isn’t done, but they closed out my ticket anyway, which I’m not okay with. This has been, and continues to be, a terrible experience. I finally spoke with the new service manager on a Wednesday, and he assured me I’d hear from him by Friday or Monday. He never called either, which is pretty much how the entire two months have gone.

The appointment for oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. They just did oil change and sent my wife back. I also had 10% coupon and they didn’t honor that. Absolutely worst experience. Manager needs to look into this

My Service Tech Advisor is very caring about my business with Victory GMC. He takes the time and makes considerable effort to make sure my Automobile is repaired to high standards. He also takes care of my shuttle services. I am very pleased to do business with Victory GMC.

I will be going to Aston Hopper Chevrolet from now on for I cannot believe there is a dealership in this town so small that they cannot answer their phones within 30 minutes of you putting you on hold and there is never body in the service department to answer the phone. I just let it rain. I’ll never go back.

I called and asked to drop off my vehicle the day before and they say not a problem. Told where to leave it. They called me the next day that my vehicle was ready and didn’t take all day. Truck sounds great.
