A new service advisor was supposed to check me in but was checking in another person so I had to wait as he was figuring things out without anyone around to help him. Then when I picked up my car at 5:15 there was no one but him in the office so we had to pay the bill to him and he told us $104.70 but the amount was $107.40. I was grateful that my husband checked the written amount be writing his last check or this would have been a problem.

Took my truck in for a repair but after 2 days not even a diagnosis. Then tell me I have to pay $200 even though I have an extended warranty. Asked them what exactly they did but just got excuses why they can’t find a problem despite scanning it several weeks ago and I still have the print out they gave me in the truck. Terrible service department.

Horrible service experience once again. Could not schedule an appointment over the phone because they would not answer or call back for three days. This is the second time I’ve tried to get in touch with to get my truck serviced and had to physically walk in to get an appointment. Extremely inconvenient. Also the service personnel are not customer friendly. I’ve had such a bad experience with your service department that I sold my ‘23 Denali Ultimate pickup that I purchased from you guys new and bought another brand I will never buy from this dealership again because of how horrible the service department is.

Mr Mike isn’t very helpful. He literally argued with me about checking out my brakes. Every time I take my vehicle there, he makes me feel like a dumb Mexican female. I don’t have trouble with the other representatives, only him. I had a recall on my Arcadia brakes awhile back and I still have trouble with them. He said there was never a recall on the brakes. You check my account on how many times I bring my car for the brakes. I’m seriously thinking about driving my car to Houston GMC and let them verify if anyone has really worked on the brakes. My brother in law drove my car around in Galveston and he noticed the brakes making a grinding noise. He was a mechanic and knew what he was talking about. I had to get a little tough on Mr Mike because he kept arguing with me about checking the brakes. The other Representative looked at me with a I’m sorry ma’am look. I want to give Victoria my business but Mr Mike makes it very hard. I finally said to him please just check my brakes and I will pay whatever it takes. He didn’t say anything else after that. I hated to pick up my car because I knew I had to deal with him. I was blessed that the other representative was there to take care of me. He was so polite and helpful. I didn’t get his name but he was African American. The service dept was excellent but the customer service very lousy.

This is a poor rating because the tech working on my truck failed to tighten the lug nuts after rotating my tires. He was fired afterwards but, should have been drug tested prior to firing him to determine if the vehicles he worked on that day all need to be rechecked.

I had to get a new tire because of a Screw, that was to close to the side wall and I paid out of pocket for the service and tire which was about 270 dollars out the door and also left work early to get it done. The first time my vehicle was ready they put the tire on backwards white wall out, I was fine waiting a lil longer to send it back in to get turned to the correct side but I guess while it went back to the shop and the "Mechanic" that is supposed to be ASE certified pinched and broke the valve stem to where it was barely holding air pressure in my tire and put everything back together and sent it out to me like that to drive. The next morning Im driving to work and I get a low air pressure light for the same tire I just replaced and thats when I found out about the valve stem which is ridiculous because that problem was probably seen at the dealership but never fixed, So I get back in touch with dealership and they said they would "see” if they could fix it and how it wouldn’t be under warranty, your dealership mechanic screwed up the valve stem, not me so that mean its 100% on them. There is so much more I could say about this fiasco… Watch out for the service department at Victory GMC!!! Its like they found their Certifications in a Cracker Jack box.

Jarreau assisted me with my service call in a very professional manner. All of my service calls were completed in a timely manner. The service department has a remarkably friendly atmosphere and helps on every way possible. I have one service problem that the dealership is not responsible for that I would like to have answers for and fixed properly. Since my purchase of my 2025 Acadia Denali there has been 2 system updates installed. Since the last update the software removed the “rear climate control” icon, digital temperature and fan symbol from the lower right corner of the infotainment display screen. My wife and I used this icon to control and make changes to the rear air control regularly. Now it has been removed and it is much more a nuisance to go through menus to find the control. I am not a happy customer. My getting to know manual shows this icon for operation access. I want to have the icon restored to my infotainment display to eliminate trouble while driving to find this control. I would appreciate an immediate answer. And software update fix. The dealership did everything possible to find the problem but there was no solution.

Truck broke down on the side of the road and had to get it towed to Victory GMC. Jarreau was the one who took care of me and got my truck in the shop as soon as possible. My service person Michael was very informative and professional. The service provided and recalls that GMC did was great. Truck shifts smooth and I am happy. That being said I had a dolly that was stolen out of the back of the truck (not GMC's fault) and when the truck was picked up the floor mats and steering wheel had grease on it.

We broke down 20 miles outside Victoria. You service coordinator has us set up with a tow, a shuttle for all my passengers and dropped us off at the rental agency. From the time we broke down until we were back on road was under two hours. He went above and beyond my expectations. Awesome Job!

My appointment was 2 weeks after initial diagnosis, When I arrived (early) for my appointment the Service advisor had not made a rental car reservation. No cars were available to rent until several hours later. This put me behind my work schedule. After repairs were made (major engine oil leak) I took my vehicle to have the oil changed at a shop in Port Lavaca. Once on their rack they showed me the mess that was left after your dealership repairs. They was oil still dripping from all over the underside of the vehicle. No post repair cleanup had been done.

We got a recall for air bags. They said they would have to order parts and that they would call us when parts came in. We waited 2 months and we never heard from them. I called them and they said they came in last week. They said they could get me in in March. I told them GMC kept calling me and emailing me about getting it done. In fact letter said not to drive truck with passenger until done. The service dept scheduled me for the next week. Appointment was for 1:20pm, and I took in early around 9:30am and they said they would call me. It was 5pm and I never heard from them so I called them at 5pm, and they it had been ready for awhile.
